Who Is Alwynds?

Amanda Welti, President

As President, Co-founder and Managing Broker of Alwynds, Amanda brings 20 years of experience in Property Management and Real Estate. Starting out as a Realtor in the mid 80’s her experience included residential sales, land assembly and development. A change in family dynamics presented an opportunity to return to school and Amanda seized the chance to obtain her BA from S.F.U. Over the coming years she expanded her experience through positions such as a tenant relations coordinator, regional manager of properties in the North and facilities manager for a large non profit.

As a long time resident of our beautiful city, Amanda loves Vancouver and all it has to offer. Helping folks with their property management and real estate needs is what she is passionate about. Now more than ever people need our services, and nothing is more satisfying than helping others achieve their goals. When she is not looking after her clients, she can be found out on the waters of English Bay and beyond.

Frank Hillyer, Vice President

Frank is the creative force and systems guru behind Alwynds. Raised in the Yukon, and now a long time resident of Vancouver, Frank brings a broad range of skills and experience to the Alwynds team. Katerina Ostrovsky, Property Manager

As a licensed property manager, Katerina brings 6 years of experience in market rental and non-profit property management. Katerina is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams of living in the greater Vancouver area. Having experience in a wide range of Vancouver markets provides Katerina with invaluable knowledge and experience. Katerina is always seeking new learning opportunities to stay on top of current market trends.
